Pale straw colour. The aromas reveal subtle suggestions of pineapple and lychee and a hint of banana. Well integrated wood is just detectable with a discreet hint of vanilla. In the mouth the wine is balanced with green apple and soft grapefruit undertones denoting fine, crisp acidity. A wine that will gain fine complexity with bottle age.
CONSUMPTION
Ready for immediate consumption, although the wine has the potential to continue developing favourably in bottle up to 5 years.
TEMPERATURE
Serve between 10°C and 12°C.
